Description: This is a hands-on, one on one coaching program. You will learn the various aspects of wholesaling real estate by actively doing deals.

Tuition: $6000 plus half the first 2 deals

• You’ll get my wholesaling ebook that breaks down the business and gives you the tools and resources I use 

   

• I’ll show you how to properly fill out the contracts I use

 

• I’ll teach you how to negotiate with sellers and buyers

 

• I’ll teach you how to track your marketing

 

• I’ll show you how to use Podio to track your seller leads (You’ll also get access to the apps that I created to run by business)

 

• You’ll get access to me Monday through Sat via phone/text from 9 AM to 9 PM to answer your questions. (You can answer questions via email 24/7)

 

• Business Formation:

      How to set up your LLC

      How to obtain a Tax ID number

 

• How to outsource various tasks to virtual assistants including:

      Logo Creation, Cold Calling, Data Entry, Craigslist Marketing, Answering Motivated Seller Calls

   

• Tips on maintaining the proper mindset including:

       A list of real estate and business podcasts; Book recommendations
